YDGS
The Yateley and District Gardening Society (YDGS) was established in 1967 by a few local amateur gardeners who were keen to get together and share gardening knowledge and experiences.
The club has grown and currently has about 100 members. Apart from horticultural activities, our programme of events include group visits to formal houses and gardens and regular talks from experts
on a wide range of topics, an Annual Autumn Produce and Handicraft Show at St. Peter's Church, Yateley and a Christmas party to name but a few! You can download a 2021 Show Schedule and see what categories you can enter for!

2019 in pictures
Yateley is located close to the borders of Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. The society meets regularly and is very fortunate to have a comfortable, well-equipped, modern venue at Hedgecroft in Bracken Lane, Yateley for our group events. You don't have to be a member to attend our meetings. So if you're an interested beginner, a seasoned gardening veteran or just like gardening, you will be very welcome and we'd love to hear from you.
