YDGS keeps the YDGS members’ contact details on a spreadsheet so that we can send reminders about forthcoming meetings and other relevant events such as a rose pruning demonstration at Henry Street Garden Centre.  The spreadsheet is confidential and is kept securely by the membership secretary. The details will not be passed to third parties. Members can check, update or have their contact details removed by contacting the Membership Secretary who will respond within 30 days.  If a subscription lapses, the contact details are deleted from our records after 3 months.
