Kayleigh Sinclair talks on "The History of Herbs and their impact on human evolution and culture"

 

Kayleigh Sinclair, is the founder of The Historical Herbologist. She recently completed a two-year diploma in Herbology at the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh, building on a six-month certificate that launched her journey. This experience deepened her fascination with the history of herbs and their impact on human evolution. Her passion for plants is evident in everything she does—whether she's uncovering the stories behind medicinal plants, foraging for seasonal ingredients, or crafting unique plant pigments and artwork. She take great joy in sharing what she learns with you!

As a speaker and educator, Kayleigh frequently delivers engaging talks at the RHS, addressing topics such as Poisonous Plants, Elder, Mistletoe and the Evolution of Herbal Medicine.
